Description
Must be Bilingual in both French and English


Duties include:


  • Answer incoming inquiries from clients
  • Review and process post entry adjustments
  • Research and respond to requests for complex information in a professional manner.
  • Analyze and interpret information received from clients or internal team members.
  • Perform complex classification for goods in all industries.
  • Analyze the BOM (Bill of Materials) and prepare the USMCA and other free trade agreements.
  • Conduct analysis on client tariff database and update accordingly
  • Liaise with appropriate government departments as required

Knowledge and Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma required. College and or University Degree in Business Administration is an asset.

CCS Certificate is required:

Minimum five (5) years Customs Brokerage experience including two (2) years in a consulting, regulatory or similar professional services capacity:

  • Strong working knowledge of CBSA and PGA import requirements.
  • CTCS and/or Professional Designation is an asset
