Position Summary:

Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative tasks.


What you'll do:


  • Assist in entry & vetting of equipment orders
  • Assist in entry of replenishment orders
  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager with other duties as required
  • Data Base Maintenance
  • Preparing credit memos and processing customer credit card payments
  • Reviewing and uploading invoices to customer portals
  • Other administrative tasks as required

What you'll need:


  • High School Diploma
  • A Business Administration Certificate/Diploma is an asset
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite of products including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Dependable, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
