Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience, if required.
To be responsible for the preparation, displaying and maintenance of the Deli department;
To build displays under the direction of the department manager;
To face, merchandise, reorganize displaced items and product labels so as to ensure all areas of the department are organized, neat, and attractive;
To assist in maintaining a clean, organized selling floor and backroom, adhering to established health and safety regulations as per Company policies;
To assist the department manager in the training and direction of part time staff;
To maintain the department in the absence of the department manager;
To ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet with Company policies and standards;
Other general duties, as assigned.
Exceptional customer service skills;
Minimum 23 years' deli experience;
Flexibility to work over night shifts including weekends;
Excellent product knowledge and knowledge of deli operations;
Must have excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
Must possess the ability to work in a fastpaced environment under pressure;
Proven ability to handle responsibilities and achieve work objectives.
