Your Career as a Program Manager, Catalyst Operations Development Program:

The Catalyst Operations Development Program is a one-stop shop for recent graduates to launch a fast-tracked, supercharged and dynamic career in Operations.

As a Program Manager for the Catalyst Program, you will have the opportunity to carry the program torch and jump into the world of Global Operations and Global Wholesale Operations, playing a critical role in delivering a best-in-class experience for the Catalysts and the business lines alike.

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager of the Catalyst program, you will play a critical role in driving the program's rapid growth and expansion, bringing leadership and strategy to everything we do, and promoting unity and culture across our current cohorts and alumni community.


Your portfolio will be robust and you will wear many different hats each day, such as coaching and developing talent, designing and implementing elements of the program curriculum, supporting performance management efforts, and monitoring market research and stakeholder feedback to drive program enhancements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and be a true expert at project and program management, event execution and relationship building.

You will create and analyze post-mortem reports to drive continuous program improvement, manage a database, and leverage reporting and analytics to further our program KPIs.

You will also support the rotation selection and management process, ensure the Catalysts' successful transition to the business, drive cohort engagement and play an active role in all execution elements of the program lifecycle.

You will be responsible for partnering with our campus recruiters as well as liaising with the business to translate business needs into campus hiring targets and strategy.

You will also help organize campus-wide events and achieve synergies with other campus programs as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements:
