Position Overview:

Lovett Signs is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our sales team.

The Junior Sales Representative will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Present and demonstrate Lovett Signs' products and services to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions and proposals for clients.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• A passion for sales and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Salary:
$42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
