Surface Land Field Administrator

The Opportunity:

Key Accountabilities:

Preparing rental letters, rental review packages for the field including calculation sheets and maintaining the rental review tracker for the District
Creating and sending pipeline abandonment notifications and 3rd party proximity or crossing consents (Supporting the Abandonment & Reclamation Programs)
Updating and maintaining a number of tracking spreadsheets for reporting costs and timelines (First Nations Consultation Tracker)
Updating CNRL's Field comments and information in our Wellsite Tracking Program (ETS) and Pipeline Tracking Program (Camino) for Surface Landman
Assisting with various queries for landowner contact information and file numbers
Assisting the Surface Landmn in tracking any Stakeholder issues (Community and Indigenous donations requests)
Coding of invoices for the District and entering into Open Invoice (ADP)
Providing support for Operations Superintendent as needed

Other Details:

Job location: St. Albert, Alberta
Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off
Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Eligible for relocation pursuant to Canadian Natural's Relocation Regular Policy

Skills & Qualifications:

Completion of a Surface Land Administration program or similar preferred
Minimum 2 5 years' office experience, preferably in an oil and gas environment
Ability to obtain a Commissioner of Oaths
Familiarity with Rules, Acts, Directives, etc. relating to third party agreements
Experience using QBLM or Qbyte land systems, Microsoft office, Adobe, general computer skills
