NOW HIRING:
Store Manager

LOCATION:
Centennial Carstar Dartmouth, Dartmouth, NS

HOURS:
Full time, Permanent. 40+ hours per week.

WAGES:
Salary + Commission - $70,000 - $90,000/ year + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

Extremely strong customer service and phone skills required
Exceptional written, verbal, and computer skills
Must be reliable and show initiative
Professional personal presentation
Applicant must be organized, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, working independently and under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Valid driver's license
Thorough knowledge of Mitchell and Audatex electronic imaging/ estimating systems is considered a strong asset but not necessary.
Previous production manager experience is not necessary but considered a strong asset. Additional training will be provided.
Ability to motivate your team to achieve common goals

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage daytoday business operations
Oversee workflow to ensure repairs are completed on time while maximizing shop efficiency
Plan daily production schedule to maximize efficiency and maintain cycle time goals
Run production meeting to communicate priorities to staff
Perform inprocess quality control checks to ensure company standards are met
Immediately identify and address any quality issues or production delays
Perform final quality inspection prior to delivery of the vehicle to customer
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with dealerships, insurance adjusters, suppliers, and customers
Write estimates and assist in leading the collision center team
Facilitate a positive work environment by recognizing employee success
Provide direction and guidance to the to team to assist in meeting goals/targets
