SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

SHE-Q Coordinator working at Guelph, On:

Full-time contract (6-12 months)

Safety is of paramount importance to all Mammoet operations.

So our SHE-Q professionals play a mission-critical role in maintaining the highest possible standards for our colleagues, contractors, and customers around the world.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Maintaining industryleading SHE-Q standards across all projects
Liaising effectively with a range of different people and role types
Ensuring all employees and contractors comply with Mammoet and customer safety requirements
Schedule required client's sitespecific training for all employees entering a client worksite.
Send out appropriate precourse information to participants
Maintaining external training records and keeping records up to date
Research necessary safety councils or training locations for new project training or site access
Site specific document management within online scheduling vendor and uploading necessary information into the Mammoet Academy system

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Expert level experience in SHE-Q regulations. Professional level experience in SHE-Q systems, HLT equipment and MS Office suite.
English, fluent proficient verbal and written
Vocational education in technical discipline
Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
13 years of relevant work experience
Associate degree or diploma in Health, Safety & Environment discipline
