    Description
    The Middle Office, Trade Capture & Desk Support Team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of trade data across internal systems and resolving trade issues with external counterparties. They also provide support to the trading desk for non-trade functions, working closely with investment departments, middle office teams, and operations.

    The Analyst/Sr Analyst will support the daily trade capture process, address inquiries from internal teams, brokers, and counterparties, and contribute to developing an efficient operating model. They must have excellent communication, time-management skills, and be comfortable interacting with investment professionals and global partners.

    Team-Specific Responsibilities:
    • Support daily trade ticketing and enrichment process for various products
    • Review and process internal and external requests regarding securities financing trades
    • Investigate and resolve trade-related issues
    • Address inquiries from partners via various platforms
    • Assess transaction impact on reporting and infrastructure
    • Develop internal controls to mitigate risks
    • Maintain knowledge sharing library
    • Construct and maintain operational metrics/KPIs

    Qualifications:
    • Exemplify Guiding Principles of Integrity, Partnership, and High Performance
    • Understanding of trade lifecycle management
    • Experience with data analytics tools like Tableau and Excel
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize tasks
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in identifying process efficiency opportunities
    • Self-motivated and adaptable to changes
    • Knowledge of platforms such as Jira, Bloomberg, etc.
    • Basic knowledge across various asset classes
