Service: Sales & Marketing
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Inside Sales Specialist shall ensure that our customers are informed of all our programs at the earliest opportunity.
- Activation / reactivation of inactive or underperforming ($<1000) accounts.
- Promotion / execution of clearance product to all customers
They will execute any other related duties as requested by their immediate supervisor, all in accordance with our procedure and internal regulations.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Maintaining Business Relationship and Generating Sales | 85%
- Ensure that the targeted goals for Inside Sales are achieved/exceeded.
- Establish contact with active and inactive clients by identifying them on the closure list.
- Create relationships with remote area clients (Thunder Bay, Winnipeg, Rimouski, etc.)
- Establish contact with high volume clients in order to promote any clearance inventory.
- Support the Marketing Team with information regarding promotions; suggest future promotions, planning, etc
- Provide assistance to our customers regarding POP materials (posters, brochures, banners, etc.)
- As a backup, provide excellence in Customer and Sales Support and aftersale service in both French and English. Also be an extended member during peak season (October/ November)
- Participate in numerous company events (Car shows, Customer Shows, etc.)
- Make onsite client presentations (as needed).
- Develop sales plans and strategies based on the market analysis and the industry.
- Collaborates with the Director of Sales, develops a strategy for the sales projects and positioning within the company.
- Ensure that profit margins are attained as per instructions.
Administration | 15%
- Generate statistics on our customers.
- Produce various reports on our customers.
- Prepare, analyse, and structure sales reports.
- Ensure that the monthly promotions are broadcast to our customers.
- Review and maintain the electronic databases of our customers.

ACADEMIC ASPECTS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service in a similar field.
- Bilingual, (French and English written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of the wheels / tire industry is a strong asset.
- Must have a valid driver's licence.
