In this full-time Client Success Manager role, you will be focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships.

Your success in this role will be determined by client retention metrics.


The Role Details:

- $55,000 - $65,000 base salary
- bonus opportunities
- full-time role

  • Hybrid role Willingdon Ave, Burnaby, BC
  • Start date as soon as possible

Responsibilities and duties:


  • Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Collect, Document and Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
  • Holding product demonstrations for customers
  • Create and maintain product(s) knowledge base
  • Establish clear client retention goals
  • Collect, Document and Analyze customers requirements and communicate it with product manager
  • Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
  • Promote the value of the product
  • Upsell services and products with the brand image
  • Promote value through customer experience
  • Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
  • Perform clients' onboarding
Individuals with the following traits, skills and experiences should apply:

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
  • A communications or marketing degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, bilingualism in Spanish or French is an asset
  • Team mindset with a collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
  • Deep belief in customer satisfaction with ability to build strong client relationship
  • Ability to travel internationally, if required
  • Goal oriented, organized, outgoing, patient and persistent
  • Experience in the rental industry and Hubspot CRM is an asset
