DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Picking Customers Priority orders
Keeping counter and sales area clean
Merchandising and showcasing product
Filing completed paperwork
Assisting customers when necessary
Assisting coworkers in picking orders during busy times
Other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Impeccable organizational skills with high attention to detail
Time management & multitasking skills
Positive attitude and enthusiastic teammate
Selfmotivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fastpaced work environment

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Minimum grade 12 education
required:
Knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry or a background in plumbing products would be considered an
asset:
Previous customer service experience is considered an
asset
