InSync Systems Inc. is looking for an
Accounting Administrator for a
12-month contract position in
Calgary, Alberta.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Hybrid schedule, at least 3 days in the office. 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
It is NOT a remote role.
Role Description:
We are looking for a dynamic
accounting administrator to work with Accounts Payable. This position will require you to work independently and in a team environment in order to complete finance and administrative tasks. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely processing and payment of invoices
- Identify new approaches to doing tasks to increase efficiency
- Effectively communicate with internal customers and team members
- Make recommendations for improvement to process
- Perform Accounts Payable month end procedures including account reconciliations
- Ensure rush/priority pay and critical payments meet deadlines
- Timely response to internal inquiries
- Timely review of invoices in error to ensure timely payment
Required Skills and Experience:

Strong MS Office abilities, particularly with MS Word and Excel:
- Business Admin diploma is an asset
Oil and gas experience is highly desirable**:
Open Invoice, SAP experience is highly desirable**
