Right now, we are loading up our rocket ship and are looking for an IT and Facilities Specialist


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Install and configure PC software and hardware.
  • Create and administer accounts across our various technology (Google Suite, Sales Tools, etc).
  • Stock and maintain physical hardware and accessories.
  • Act as the sole IT person for our employees and leadership team.
  • Research and advise leadership on solutions as required.
  • Manage the inventory of office amenities such as coffee pods.
  • Liaise with external office vendors such as building cleaners, property owner, etc.
  • Maintain security badges, video monitoring and other building controls.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Lifelong exposure to Windows OS and PC hardware.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail.
  • Experience working in an openconcept, modern office environment.
  • A record of prioritizing and completing work without close supervision.
