Right now, we are loading up our rocket ship and are looking for an IT and Facilities Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Install and configure PC software and hardware.
Create and administer accounts across our various technology (Google Suite, Sales Tools, etc).
Stock and maintain physical hardware and accessories.
Act as the sole IT person for our employees and leadership team.
Research and advise leadership on solutions as required.
Manage the inventory of office amenities such as coffee pods.
Liaise with external office vendors such as building cleaners, property owner, etc.
Maintain security badges, video monitoring and other building controls.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
Lifelong exposure to Windows OS and PC hardware.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail.
Experience working in an openconcept, modern office environment.
A record of prioritizing and completing work without close supervision.
