Cybersecurity Awareness and Process team at National Bank means acting as a culture change agent to ensure the adoption of cyber-secure behaviors within our organization.
This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your skills in communication, change management, training content creation and stakeholder influence.
Your job
- Create customized training content.
- Create reinforcement material and ensure highimpact diffusion.
- Facilitate and coordinate communication and training activities as well as events of all kinds.
- Influence Business Unit leaders to promote a healthy risk culture.
- Analyze data and develop strategies accordingly.
- Participate in the development of the Bank's awareness program.
- Promote the Bank's image both internally and externally.

Basic requirements
- Experience in content creation for training purposes.
- Relevant experience in communications strategy development and delivery.
- Proven experience in influencing multiple stakeholders and proposing creative and innovative strategies.
- Experience in cybersecurity.

- Representing the Bank at forums/conferences/events outside Quebec
