Cybersecurity Awareness and Process team at National Bank means acting as a culture change agent to ensure the adoption of cyber-secure behaviors within our organization.

This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your skills in communication, change management, training content creation and stakeholder influence.


Your job

  • Create customized training content.
  • Create reinforcement material and ensure highimpact diffusion.
  • Facilitate and coordinate communication and training activities as well as events of all kinds.
  • Influence Business Unit leaders to promote a healthy risk culture.
  • Analyze data and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in the development of the Bank's awareness program.
  • Promote the Bank's image both internally and externally.

Basic requirements

  • Experience in content creation for training purposes.
  • Relevant experience in communications strategy development and delivery.
  • Proven experience in influencing multiple stakeholders and proposing creative and innovative strategies.
  • Experience in cybersecurity.
