We are hiring Class 1 Driver for Night runs to Brandon from Mon-Thurs, the driver will be conducting City deliveries as well. (Ask for more information)

What you will be doing:

Flexibility to drive various Class 1 vehicles and equipment, must be able to drive manual transmission
Ensure secure loads, pickup and deliver freight locally
Have a natural customer service focus
Maintain routine communication with dispatch/yard control
Perform daily inspections and safety checks
Work in a teamoriented, fast paced environment
Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for:

LCV Certified is mandatory for this position

You have a Class 1 license, air brake endorsement, and a clean driver's abstract

Minimum one year of Class 1 driving experience, local P&D preferred

Familiarity with local area truck routes, industrial zones and dangerous goods routes is an asset
Fluent in English

Application question(s):

This Position is 4 days a week Mon-Thurs, 10 hours each shift. the runs will be starting from 9 p.m. from Winnipeg for Brandon switch. Once you are back in Winnipeg, you will be conducting local deliveries until 6:30 a.m. The entire shift will be paid hourly. Please advise if you are interested in the position

Experience:

Trucking Industry: 2 years (preferred)
Manual Transmission: 2 years (preferred)
