Summary

  • The Operations Support Coordinator will support the local management team with administrative tasks to ensure a high level of organization and compliance is achieved.
Job Responsibilities

  • Take part in Huddle Meetings
  • Review and confirm accuracy for all GPET revenue entries
  • Coordinate uniform assignment and ordering for all employees
  • Up to Date on all required Training / Bulletins / Notices
  • Maintain base and vendor contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees
  • Attend HR meetings for any changes/updates to policy
  • Attend Sky Cafe Operations Meetings
  • Track training completion and communicate progress to the leadership team
  • Compile statistical reports for the station(s) as related to flight volume and revenue/SLA
  • Work with the General Manager and HR to ensure staffing levels are maintained and to minimize hourly turnover.
  • Source, screen and interview applicants using the competencybased interview guidelines found in hiring a guide and through the interview process (work with Recruiter)
  • Review and maintain an applicant tracking system
  • Conduct onboard orientation of new team members. Ensure use, execution, maintenance and administration of the onboarding process.
  • Daily timekeeping monitoring; identifies and resolves exceptions and obtains appropriate approvals prior to closing payroll for the pay period to ensure accuracy (Will train on Dayforce)
  • Ensure corporate reports are forwarded to Corporate Headquarters, such as payroll change notices, profile changes
  • Ensure injuries and incidents are properly documented and sent to Corporate Headquarters
  • Assist with purchasing as directed by management. Ensure purchase orders and/or approvals are obtained as required
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Ability to work on a permanent basis in Canada
  • Obtain a clear criminal record
  • Must obtain necessary airport and/or Transport Canada security clearances and maintain in good standing
  • Ability to work within the required time parameters
