The role we are offering you:

Lead the team designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
Lead the team that oversees the creation and delivery of training materials, both inperson and through Workday Learning.
Create and implement leadership development programs to nurture and grow internal leadership talent.
Collaborate with HR Leaders to identify and address leadership skills gaps.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in talent management, training and development, and leadership development.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful talent and training programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with elearning authoring tool(s) for online course development (i.e., Rise, Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, or other)
Experience with course interaction and gaming tools (i.e., polling, surveys, gamification, or other) Preferred experience with online meeting platforms and collaboration tools (i.e., MS Teams, or other)
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse projects in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Good interpersonal skills and good team spirit
Being bilingual is a plus.
