The role we are offering you:

  • Lead the team designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
  • Lead the team that oversees the creation and delivery of training materials, both inperson and through Workday Learning.
  • Create and implement leadership development programs to nurture and grow internal leadership talent.
  • Collaborate with HR Leaders to identify and address leadership skills gaps.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in talent management, training and development, and leadership development.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful talent and training programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with elearning authoring tool(s) for online course development (i.e., Rise, Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, or other)
  • Experience with course interaction and gaming tools (i.e., polling, surveys, gamification, or other) Preferred experience with online meeting platforms and collaboration tools (i.e., MS Teams, or other)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse projects in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and good team spirit
  • Being bilingual is a plus.
