Role:

In
collaboration with the
Fuji SEMEC team, you will be called upon to use your
expertise to
manage and
follow up on the different contracts between Fuji SEMEC and our various customers and suppliers.

You will be responsible for
coordinating the entire project cycle.

Tasks:

Respond to various internal and external
customer requests;
Enter
customer projects into the management system and
communicate the information to the production team;
Launch
customer billing cycles;
Meet your colleagues for a
coffee break in our multifunctional cafeteria;
Participate in
meetings with clients before and after the contract is awarded;
Prepare
bid/negotiation requests with the various suppliers to establish the
project budget;
Make
purchases in accordance with the supplier tenders received;
Negotiate
purchasing terms with critical suppliers;

-
Participate in one (or more)
team activities;**:

Plan and track purchases according to customer schedule;
Participate in the
budget planning process for the project;
Negotiate with clients the various
changes to the scope of the contract affecting the cost and schedule.

Requirements:

You:

Have a
University diploma in an
administrative or
technical field with a minimum of
6 to 10 years of experience in project/contract management in a manufacturing company;
Are
autonomous but also able to work in a
team environment, have
technical judgement skills and
practical sense;
Are a
negotiator at heart and are able to work
quickly and effectively in stressful situations;
Are perfectly
bilingual;:
