The Pharmacy Technician On Site Pharmacy Representative will be responsible for the medication management system in a Long Term Care facility.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Maintenance of the automated dispensing cabinet including restocking, cycle counting, inventory management.
Weekly Narcotic usage reports.
Receiving deliveries.
Monthly audits including medication cart audits, MAR / TAR audits, medication pass audits.
Training home staff on policies and procedures related to medication management.
Collaborating with Nurses, Doctors and other facility staff.
