Strong Agile methodologies experience.

Should have 7 8 years experience as scrum master.


SAFE, CSM certified Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.


Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example:

numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc) Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.


Salary:

$50.00-$55.00 per hour
