Recruitment Coordinator - Leduc, Canada - International SOS
Description
In Canada, our primary role is to provide on-site medical and emergency services to remote industrial sites, such as those within the Oil and Gas industry.
Our Recruitment Team is responsible for sourcing medical professionals, such as nurses and paramedics, to work at our client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create offer letters and send with onboarding package via Docu-sign.
- Networking at professional and trade events and participating at career fairs.
- Ensure "best practice" recruitment guidelines are administered throughout recruitment process by ensuring all hiring policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
- 13 years recruitment experience preferred
- Experience preferred (but not required) in the oilfield /construction industry OR in staffing medical professionals
- Intermediate Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Applicant Tracking System)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members
Salary:
$52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
