What will you work on?
This role will assist with delivering engaging consumer experiences and satisfaction through numerous capacities

How will you create impact?

Manage all customer service inquiries on social media (including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Helpshift) and respond to all critical online reviews/questions (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Google Play/App Store)
Process replacement orders, quality assurance pickups, and mail out shipments (physically and remotely) via Canada Post and UPS in a timely and accurate manner while providing tracking updates, inventory statuses, and other orderrelated requests

What are your skills and experience?

Customer service experience
Social media experience (professionally or personally)
Experience with Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Flexibility on rotationalbased shifts for weekdays and during all statuary holidays, including December
