What you'll be doing:

  • Building a strong, trusting relationship with the CEO and ELT, and acting as support in the strategic and operational leadership of the business.
  • Championing forward and strategic thinking amongst the 45member finance team to support an innovative and insightdriven cultural shift. Ensuring that the finance function is seen as a "partner with the business", is proactive, responsive, and insightful in supporting improved business decisions and results.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with the CEO, the ELT, and the Board in leading a proactive approach to the finance function and to support key decisions as a senior leader at Central
  • Developing a clear understanding of the future of Central 1 from strategic and operational perspectives. Ensuring that the enterprise financial and capital management strategy, finance function, and its priorities are focused on the key strategic imperatives of Central 1, while understanding that the industry will continue to be disrupted by external change.
