Your valuable contributions to the team include:

• Overseeing daily on-site operations of the property, which involves supervising rent collections, leasing applications, and ensuring high tenant satisfaction levels
• Collaborating with the leasing team to achieve vacancy targets
• Managing move-in and move-out schedules, coordinating inspections efficiently
• Providing recommendations for necessary physical repairs or replacements, and generating work orders as needed
• Actively engaging in meetings, contributing ideas and suggestions for operational improvements

Key requirements for success:

• Demonstrable experience in a managerial capacity
• Strong resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
• Exceptional professionalism and diplomacy
• Proficient computer skills, including expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with an ERP system is advantageous
