Canadian Helicopters has authorization for day/night, VFR/IFR, and NVG operations.

The company provides transportation services to a variety of industries including emergency medical services, hydro, oil and gas, mining, environmental, recreational, police, and military, and has a diverse project portfolio with operations in a variety of challenging and austere environments including Arctic/Antarctic, mountainous and desert environments.


Job Description:


We currently have an exciting opportunity for pilots looking to better their career, as we are hiring a Captain for the Bell 412.

Responsibilities:


  • Act as a Captain as per Company operation standards;
  • Any other responsibility related to the position.

Qualifications:


Requirements:


  • A Valid ATPL (H) License;
  • Have a valid authorization to work in Canada, this position is not available for sponsorship.
  • 3000 hours rotary wing flight time (500 hours PIC multiengine) and endorsement B412;
  • Transport Canada Group IV Instrument rating;
  • 2 years' experience in Instrument Flight Operations.
  • Valid PPC to PilotinCommand standards on type.
  • Valid Group 4 Instrument Rating.
  • Unrestricted Night Rating.
  • Precision long line skill and experience considered a preferential asset.

Other requirements:


  • Be customer focused and a team player;
  • Have good communication skills and a positive attitude;
  • Accept assignments at different locations, as required.

Schedule:

The assignments will take place during the period from the end of October to the end of December as well as from the end of April to the end of June.
