With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our
Ogilvie Subaru location is looking for an experienced
Sales
Receptionist.


Responsibilities

  • Administrative sales duties such as filing, F&I paperwork, photocopying, answering and coordinating phone calls, etc.
  • Greeting and supporting customers throughout their time at the dealership.
  • Using POS system to support customer transactions.
  • Effectively navigate and use various electronic tools and systems to organize and complete tasks.
  • Lease Buyouts
  • Delivery Coordination

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experiences
  • High attention to detail and able to work with mínimal supervision
  • Comfort working with all levels of staff and customers
  • Strong verbal and written skills and proficiency in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gloucester, ON K1B 3M8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Sales Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)


Language:


  • French (preferred)
  • English (required)
