Who We Are
SUMMARY
The
Onboarding Coordinator will support BGIS SCS talent acquisition and retention efforts by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A focus on administration and demonstrated experience that usually occurs with up to at least 3 years' experience.
- Demonstrated ability as a strong team player, with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to frequently changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to diagram process flows relating to the onboarding process.
- Review and improve onboarding processes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Motivation and strong sense of personal initiative.
- Creating and modifying journeys and other onboarding constructs in Oracle HCM.
- Creating instructional documents and guidelines for team members to help enrich their onboarding experience.
- Proven ability to exhibit discretion in handling confidential / sensitive information.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Community college diploma or equivalent training (e.g. RPA, CET)
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:
More than one year up to three years
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Demonstrated ability as a strong team player, with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to frequently changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Motivation and strong sense of personal initiative.
- Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint; Inter / Intranet; Adobe Acrobat, webbased tools).
- Ability to exhibit discretion in handling confidential / sensitive information.
- Bilingualism (English and French) would be considered an asset.
- Experience in Oracle HCM or similar platforms would be considered an asset.
