Chief Functional Analyst in the IT Delivery - Clearing and Cash team at National Bank is acting as an integration and API specialist.

Your job

  • Identify, analyze and document the business and functional needs of our stakeholders
  • Define solutions and write quality functional and technical files for developer teams, including expected system behaviors, use cases and user interactions with the system
  • Assist and participate in the implementation of the development strategy, tests and their automation
  • Make the link between business needs and technological requirements
  • Analyze data and participate in endtoend testing
  • Understand current processes & establish target processes by working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Prerequisites

  • University degree, industryrelated, and three years of relevant experience
  • Agile delivery experience
  • Experience in producing detailed and relevant user stories (user stories) for a project using Agile methodology
  • Knowledge and practical experience of quality assurance tests
  • Experience in a banking environment preferred
  • Rigor and high capacity of support
  • Customer oriented and strong relationship skills
  • Team player, ability to influence and positively engage stakeholders
  • Leadership, initiative, autonomy and communication skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines.
