Chief Functional Analyst in the IT Delivery - Clearing and Cash team at National Bank is acting as an integration and API specialist.

Your job

Identify, analyze and document the business and functional needs of our stakeholders
Define solutions and write quality functional and technical files for developer teams, including expected system behaviors, use cases and user interactions with the system
Assist and participate in the implementation of the development strategy, tests and their automation
Make the link between business needs and technological requirements
Analyze data and participate in endtoend testing
Understand current processes & establish target processes by working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Prerequisites

University degree, industryrelated, and three years of relevant experience
Agile delivery experience
Experience in producing detailed and relevant user stories (user stories) for a project using Agile methodology
Knowledge and practical experience of quality assurance tests
Experience in a banking environment preferred
Rigor and high capacity of support
Customer oriented and strong relationship skills
Team player, ability to influence and positively engage stakeholders
Leadership, initiative, autonomy and communication skills
Ability to work with tight deadlines.
