You'll report to the Manager, IT Delivery, Commercial Financing


Your role

  • Ensure system stability
  • Serve as a resource for your less experienced colleagues

Your day-to-day

  • Manage problems (incidents) and document everything in the Remedy ticketing tool
  • Perform the necessary follow up with users to make sure their needs are met
  • Follow up with our IT partners and service providers
  • Build performance reports based on multiple KPIs
  • Take charge of coordinating and responding to new needs of partners
  • Review and improve the processes in place in partnership with our business partners
  • Interface with our IT partners and participate in shared Bank projects
  • Define the scope and objectives of noncomplex changes to systems based on user needs and in line with the Bank's policies and technical orientations
  • Master our technology environment and have functional expertise to conduct analyses and impact assessments
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of improvements by combining research, findings and good understanding of the systems in place.

Your profile

  • Completed bachelor's degree in a related area of activity, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Salesforce integration
  • Experience in the banking/or financial services industry, an asset
  • Experience in the integration of asychronous sources (Kafka), an asset
  • Knowledge of REST integration technologies (LWC, Apex, Lightning, etc.), and asset
  • Salesforce certification, an asset
  • Understanding of json and xml formats
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Knowledge of JIRA/Tempo/Confluence
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to summarize information
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong time and priority management skills
  • A versatile selfstarter
  • Detailoriented and diligent
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will do business with partners across Canada
