Preferred Qualifications

35 years of sales experience min.
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Excellent communication ability to think outside the box.
Knowledge of construction products.
Thorough knowledge of Oracle and minimum Excel and word.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

Provide sales support to existing national accounts by processing EDI orders received via EDI and other purchasing customer platforms.
Provide product pricing by consulting the price matrix and CSP.
Prepare and submits proposals. Generate written quotations.
Oversee Inventory levels in various regions for specific products for strategic accounts.
Resolve customer service issues. Tracks open sales orders.
Performs followup to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction.
Work together with key account managers, BM'S, shipping managers, and purchasing managers to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Nature and Scope

Works in compliance with established procedures and/or protocols. Identifies and resolves readily identifiable, clearly defined problems. Demonstrates skill in data analysis and techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in routine research/data.
Nature of work requires general supervision; exercises judgment. May be paired with a mentor. Work typically involves regular process checks or review of output by a coworker and/or supervisor.
May provide general guidance/direction to or train juniorlevel support personnel.

Work Environment

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience

Generally 02 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 01 year of experience in a related field.
