What are your contributions to the team?:
Our dynamic team is looking for an LMS administrator. In 2024, we will deploy a new training management platform. This technological change will require us to review the training management processes across the department.


As an LMS administrator, you will play a critical role in the deployment and ongoing management of our learning management system.

You will need to take ownership of the platform and work with the project team to build the quality framework and best practice reference guide.

You will play a quality control role on the platform's functionalities and will be able to influence our partners to ensure the standard use of the platform.


  • Configure and maintain the system to effectively meet the needs of the organization.
  • Establish weekly governance with superusers to ensure smooth and efficient deployment (all units of the organization)
  • Develop a comprehensive reference guide for LMS administrators.
  • Document processes and procedures, including guides to maintain, develop and update content.
  • Provide training to LMS users.
  • Ensure that the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders are met by platform functionality and answer any support or support questions.
  • Perform various platform tasks such as: manage user accounts, roles, permissions; manage content; customize and locate the interface, monitor the system, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with management to establish a framework of best practices for managing the learning platform and develop a vision for its future development.
  • Manage relationships with LMS provider and external partners, including integration needs with other systems in the organization.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience as an LMS Administrator or similar role
  • Possess technical skills and a solid understanding of technology, including LMS (Learning Management System), SQL, HTML and related software. Knowledge of People Fluent Learning is an asset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
  • Possess organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and effectively manage time.
  • Problemsolving skills: be able to troubleshoot and resolve any problems with the LMS.
  • Bilingual, French and English.
