Who We Are
The InterLibrary Loan (ILL) Division supplements the resources of the SFU Library by obtaining materials from other institutions.

Equally, we supply materials to other libraries when their patrons require materials that their library does not have access to.

The ILL division also manages aspects of the media collection and fulfills SFU Library patron digitization requests.

About the Role

The InterLibrary Loans Supervisor manages the day-to-day activities, and ensures staff compliance with policies and procedures in order to provide excellent customer service.

The position hires, evaluates, promotes, and disciplines staff; establishes and modifies the staff schedule, and reviews and approves requests for time off.
