DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with manager to plan, and gain approval and revisions for all direct marketing.
- Create all text versions, submit artwork for deployment
- Create internal communications about marketing promotions and programs and prepare internal promotional memos
- Update the BCLC cool sign digitals, including promotional material and RG signage
- Complete the Graphic Design of simple in house projects like directional signage, HR associate collateral, menu layouts, etc
- Provide day to day support, copy editing, proof reading and fact checking support for the marketing team
- Manage and track all Free Play Vouchers issued
- Provide data entry and reporting support to Marketing team
- Marketing Executive schedule management, expense reporting, the setup of meetings, conference calls, boardroom arrangements, etc.
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous coordination and office admin experience preferred
- Postsecondary qualifications in marketing or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and oral communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and interests
- Strong computer knowledge
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Design experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to obtain a valid GPEB registration
- Ability to complete all BCLC required trainings
- Serving it Right Certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to lift, handle, and transport materials that are over 20lbs
- Required to sit, stand and walk during working hours
