Supplier Auditor.**
Qualifications:

Education: University Degree in a relevant field (science, engineering, etc.)

o ASQ - Certified Quality Auditor or equivalent

o Certificate in ISO auditing or equivalent

Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in auditing of shipbuilding, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, etc.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, AS 9100 or equivalent Quality Management Systems
Indepth knowledge of shipbuilding materials, processes, and industry standards would be an asset.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external suppliers.
Ability to travel to supplier locations for onsite audits.
All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)._

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive audits of supplier facilities.
Evaluate supplier documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify critical components and materials, establishing audit criteria accordingly.
Provide timely and detailed audit reports, outlining findings, nonconformities, and recommendations for corrective actions.
Work closely with suppliers to address nonconformities, implement corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement in quality processes.
