JOB SUMMARY:


The Support Agent is accountable for providing clerical and administrative support services to a Brokerage Delivery Centre in a 24/7 client service work environment.


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Perform routine clerical duties such as data entry of multiline/CCI entries, photocopying, faxing, filing.
  • Request, receive or retrieve files or documentation from internal or external sources.
  • Ensure stationery and office supplies levels are maintained.
  • Prepare basic reports as required by Client Service Teams and Release Teams/Pools.
  • Data entry processing of multiline entries.
  • Correct entry rejections, accounting entry reject corrections, credit/rebills and manual invoicing.
  • Prepare basic forms on behalf of team or branch personnel.
  • Identify opportunities for process and customer service improvements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.

WORK EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED:

  • 6 months experience; preferably working in a service environment
    EDUCATION:
  • Required: High School/GED or equivalent
