Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Cabinet makers for one of our clients in Toronto.

Requirements:


  • Communicate with Management staff and clients to determine specific job requirements.
  • Deliver and monitor service to clients
  • Read and interpret work documents to prepare accurate installation parts list
  • Prepare parts for installation, select and install hardware on cabinetry, such as handles and hinges
  • Perform onsite repairs and adjustments of cabinets
  • Clean and maintain work areas including machinery and tools to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Enjoy practical and manual activities able to follow written instructions
  • Able to work at a high level of accuracy
  • Able to make mathematical calculations, good communication skills, good handeye coordination
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Free from allergies to dust
  • May also perform other duties assigned by the Project Coordinator

Education/Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience installing commercial and residential kitchen cabinets, vanities, crown molding, finish trim and wainscoting
  • Valid G Drivers' License with Clean Abstract
  • Own hand power tools preferred

Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
