Overhead Crane Operator (Midnight Shift)

As an Overhead Crane Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our operational effectiveness and contributing to the success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:


Equipment Operation:


  • Operate a remote overhead crane.
  • Ensure safe and efficient handling of materials.

Physical Handling:


  • Regularly lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Quality Control:


  • Maintain high standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Team Collaboration:


  • Work in coordination with other departments.
  • Contribute to team objectives and assist in various operational projects.

Qualifications:


Experience:


  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in an industrial setting, preferably with steel experience.

Skills & Abilities:


  • Good communication and multitasking skills, including good English language proficiency.
  • Flexibility and reliability in various work situations.
  • Knowledge of safe operation of heavy machinery.
  • Familiarity with basic measuring equipment, including micrometers.

Personal Attributes:
Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to workplace safety.


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Salary: $ $26.65 per hour.
  • Additional pay for overtime.
  • Midnight Shift Premium: Additional $1 per hour.

Working Hours:


  • Fulltime position with three shift options:



  • Midnights: 10:30 PM

  • 7:00 AM, starting Sunday night.

Dayshift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
-
Afternoons: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM.

$23.15-$26.65 per hour
