What you'll need to excel:

Be at least 21 years old
Hold a current Class 1 or Class A CDL with the necessary airbrake/manual transmission endorsements
Maintain a clean driving record

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience operating forklifts
Possession of Hazardous Materials certificate(s)
Additional airbrake/manual transmission endorsement(s) for specific provinces

About the Truck Driver Position:

Compensation and benefits:

Home daily
Starting pay for Experienced Drivers at $35.44

Responsibilities on a typical day:

Safely handle a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples
Provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on generating sales leads
Load and unload freight
Conduct necessary vehicle inspections as per regulations

Truck Drivers must be able to:

Lift objects of various weights and sizes, including heavy loads
Safely navigate in and out of a tractor cab/trailer
Sit for extended periods and operate heavy equipment
Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
Operate a tractor-trailer for up to 11 hours consecutively
