    The Opportunity

    An industry leading Toronto team, is actively seeking a proactive and resourceful leader to provide ongoing management of real estate transaction activities forindustrial properties and tenant representation assignments.

    You willconduct site selection, prepare and negotiate industrial real estate transactions, and provide ongoing transaction management activities while providing consistent and follow up and support for tier-one clients.

    This individual will be a team player, who is dedicated to delivering outstanding outcomeswhile maintaining a positive, client-first mentality. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, organizational and planning skills. Individual needs to be self-starting and action-oriented while regularly exercising independent judgment and seeing tasks through to completion.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Working directly with the team leader (Vice Chairman, Advisory and Transaction Services) you will implement real estate strategies with an understanding of the client's specific real estate goals. Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments and adherence to client driven objectives and milestones, and fulfilling strategic plans from concept to execution.

    Act as landlord/sublandlord agent and effectively manage the full sales cycle, including; fielding listing inquiries, hosting property tours, prospect tracking and the negotiation of transactions.

    Approach each offer to lease and/or APS with a creative and strategic mindset.

    Prepare, edit, and blackline offers, RFPs, letters of intent, commission agreements, waivers and proposals independently with occasional input from team members.

    Work closely with the team's Marketing Coordinator on development of marketing and communication strategies.

    Manage Landlord (agency) portfolio projects.

    Participate in client/prospective client presentations and meetings.

    Attend and/or lead tours with clients.

    Monitor lease expirations. Negotiate lease renewals within the prescribed timeline.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
    • Registered with RECO
    • Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles is required.
    • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • 2 Years leasing experience
