Description

Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of customers face to face for water testing and chemistry advice
Answer client questions accurately and efficiently
Troubleshoot client concerns
Recommend chemicals based on water test analysis
All other duties and responsibilities assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in Customer Service is considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet
Strong time management and decisionmaking skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible to unanticipated issues
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with computers
Must be available to work weekends

Job Types:
Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 5 months

Salary:
Up to $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
