We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a hostess.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Escort guests to their tables and present menus
Provide accurate wait times and monitor the waiting list
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Excellent phone etiquette and strong guest service skills
Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service setting is preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and management
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
A positive attitude and willingness to help others
Must speak English and French
