***: As the Video Content Creator, you are responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing short-form videos specifically for the social media platform TikTok. Using creativity and knowledge of trends to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing ideas for TikTok videos that align with our brand's message and audience
Staying uptodate with TikTok trends and viral content to inform video creation.
Create entertaining content that speaks to our lifestyle brand including our home line SENN, OAK Man collection, and environmentally conscious collection OAK Refined line and beyond.
Collaborating with other members of the creative team, such as writers, designers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
Assist the marketing team in creating promotional material.
Post and promoting TikTok videos through social media and other channels to increase engagement and reach.
Own the TikTok platform scheduling assets on brand and on time.
Monitoring analytics to assess the performance of TikTok videos and adjust content strategy as needed.
Own the apparel styling of TikTok specific content. Collaborate with Creative Leads on the styling strategy.
Monitor the product drop schedules to promote styles according to business schedule.
Receive and interpret creative direction from senior leaders.
Support on casting and communication with agencies from time to time.
Coordination crossdepartmentally of creative assets as needed.
Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience creating strong, engaging content.
A portfolio of applicable outputs.
An understanding of SEO best practices.
Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong listening and communication skills.
The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to understand and take direction from the Creative Director and leaders on the team.
Avid learner with the ability to be entrepreneurial and take initiative.
Excellent sense of personal style, and fashion trends.
