Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans
Manage the full cycle of recruitment;
Prepare and update offer, employment agreement for new and existing employees
Prepare welcome kit for onboarding and paperwork
Maintain employees' information and record;
Conduct employee performance evaluation and define KPI with each team;
Prepare reports on general HR activity;
Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Keep records of employee attendance
Communicate and answers HRrelated questions from employees
Organize trainings and activities that focuses on improve employee's experience
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice
