Coordinator
plays a vital role in
maintaining
the efficiency of fulfillment operations. With a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills, the
Warehouse
Coordinator will support
the distri
bution process
assisting
with in
ventory management, goods reception, and dispatch tasks. This position is
a key
component
to ensur
e
a smooth workflow
in the
movement
and management
of
different materials
and goods
within the
distribution
processes
.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Order

Processing

Coordinate

- ,
- pick and pack
- c
- ustomer orders, including retail,
- wholesale
- and biomass

Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and shipping A ssist

- with loading and unloading of deliveries C oordinate the shipping and receiving of different supplies and
- internal transfers

Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipping errors Assist in the c oordinat ion of

- storage and distribution of materials within the organization

Ensure proper handling, packaging, and labeling of materials Support with the logistics of the cannabis raw materials and /or finished good transportation from the manufacturing facility

- and storage within the warehouse C oordinate with planning team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other components to the manufacturing f
- acility

Stock Organization

&

Record Keeping

Organize and

- optimize
- warehouse space to accommodate incoming stock Ensure the proper use of space to maximize storage

Report and document any discrepancies or issue
Ensure compliance with

Team Support and Collaboration

Your Experience

High school diploma or equivalent;

- education or certification in

- is a plus

Proven e

- xperience in a warehouse facility or industrial/manufacturing environment Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and (Warehouse Management Software ( WMS )
- systems

Your Approach & Strengths

dequate experience operating manufacturing and/or processing machines is an asset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift pounds, work standing up for long periods

- and perform repetitive motions in a manufacturing environment

Good documentation, inventory, and organizational skills
