We are currently looking to welcome a summer student to the Semex finance team.

This student will be given the opportunity to work in several areas of the finance department in order to advance their practical knowledge and finance skills.

Responsibilities may include:

Accounts Payable functions
Accounts Receivable functions
Monthly closing responsibilities, including preparing journal entries
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Special Projects

Qualifications:

Strong Analytical and critical thinking skills
Detail oriented
Good communication (written and verbal)
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to learn quickly
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
