Main Duties


Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this position supports SIGA's technical infrastructure, and contributes to operational efficiency, by providing 1st tier support to system users.


Responsibilities include:
Providing courteous, timely response and troubleshooting of incoming user software and hardware problems. Maintaining technical documentation, logs, and inventory records. Handling set-up, installation, support and maintenance of Casino technical equipment. Participating in the roll-out and maintenance of software and hardware. Participating in other projects and activities as required, to support the business productivity of SIGA employees.


Conditions of Employment

  • The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
  • Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
  • Tobacco smoke/High noise levels (during time spent at Casino sites).

  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.
  • Qualifications
    Education
  • Successful completion of a twoyear post secondary diploma in a related technical field such as Computer Information Systems.
