Our team _ 3,000 people, close to half of whom focus on sales and marketing, and more than 50% of whom are Richelieu shareholders.

We are looking to fill a
_ permanent full-time position_ in our sales team as a telecommuting prospect generator / account manager.

More specifically, your main tasks will be:

Promote sales development through telephone calls.
Ensure that accounts opened with Richelieu remain open or closed.
Validate if the customer needs to be contacted by an outside sales representative.
Update Excel files.
Make an endofday report of all accounts to be closed.
Report to Sales Manager at end of day on all accounts to be visited by an outside sales representative.
Assessing customer profiles.
Identifying opportunities for development.

Requirements:

High school diploma and/or relevant experience.
Good knowledge of technological tools such as the MS Office suite, Teams and Zoom.
Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken will be considered an asset.
With ease of expression.
Skilled in communication and teamwork.
Well organized.
Able to manage priorities independently.
