We are looking for a talented, skilled, and experienced QA Manager to join our team at our Montreal office. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you are solution focused and believe that QA is far more than just testing.

You will lead the establishment of QA best practices, and drive the processes and tools needed to ensure quality objectives are met, from the first conception and design doc to the last release checklist.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to manage a team of QA specialists, mentoring and leading them towards success and career progression.


Responsibilities:


  • Organize, coordinate and assist in company meetings
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Ensure that a positive and welcoming environment is maintained in the office area
  • Provide administrative assistance to different staff levels as needed
  • Ensure that the office is wellmaintained, organized, and secure.
  • Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
  • Assist HR with admin tasks (e.g. Ensure proper tracking of the training hours, post updates on our internal portal etc.)

Requirements:


  • Comfortable working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
  • Attention to details
  • Good written and verbal communications skills in both English and French
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a passion to help others
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
