To provide inventory control and customer/sales support for London Machinery Inc,.Responsibilities:
- Responsible to forecast, schedule, ship, track and report results
- Reports the production status of parts to customers; determines stocking levels to have the right parts in the right place to consistently meet customer expectations
- Oversee weekly counting of inventory to identify specific types and models available at each location.
- Inventory dollars and time to fill orders are tracked and reported to measure this function
- Scheduling parts orders with manufacturing, sales orders are entered into manufacturing systems to drive requirements
- Work with engineering to identify customer requirements for custom specifications using build sheet and identifying specs
- Communicate delivery dates to customers and monitor process
- Forecasting and planning: determine what to stock at all locations to meet customer requirements and company inventory management objectives.
- Identify and utilize the most cost effective method for moving product
- Ability to work with internal and external customers with immediate needs
- Work with daily sense of urgency to drive the manual processes to provide parts in the quickest time possible and in the most cost effective manner the situation dictates
Minimum Qualification:
- One plus years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- College Diploma
